Michael received his BSc in Physiotherapy from the University of Ulster in Northern Ireland in 2000 and become a certified orthopedic manual therapist in 2011 through Maitland Australian Physiotherapy Seminars. Michael brings a unique perspective to his practice colored by his experience prior to entering the physical therapy profession. Michael understands that education must be a priority so he can treat his patients with the best treatment options available. Michael is a Credentialed Clinical Instructor, he has volunteered numerous hours to coaching youth sports. Michael is married with three kids, they all enjoy outdoor activity, hunting, and sports.

Jamie Canova is a 2007 graduate of Louisiana College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She graduated in December 2009 from University of St. Augustine with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Jamie is manual therapy certified (MTC) which she received from University of St. Augustine in February 2012. In 2014, Jamie received Orthopedic Certification Specialization (OCS) through the board of Physical Therapy. Jamie is from Pineville, La where following PT school she returned to work in an outpatient orthopedic based physical therapy clinic for two and a half years. She was a travel therapist for a year working in SNF and outpatient settings before joining the team at Action Therapy & Wellness Center in 2013. She enjoys naps, watching netflix, and spending time with friends and family. She has one little girl and is now expecting her second child in 2017!
Mallory Giglio, PT, DPT graduated from LSU with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Human Movement in 2007 and graduated from University of South Alabama with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2010. She has since been practicing in the outpatient setting and is certified in Functional Dry Needling. She's certified in treating pelvic floor dysfunction and women's health issues.
Nannette’s love of dance and movement began at an early age motivating her to earn a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from the University of Arizona in 1999. Her dance career in the Western states prompted her to study the Pilates method as part of her injury prevention. Nannette began specifically studying the Ron Fletcher Work in 2001 and received her Level II teaching certificate in 2004. She taught at Body Works Studio in Tucson, Arizona from 2002-2009 and nationally and internationally with the Ron Fletcher Program of Study as an Adjunct Faculty member from 2004-2011. After moving back to Louisiana, Nannette received an Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant from Delgado Community College in 2012 and has been working in outpatient clinics since graduation. Nannette resides in St. Amant with her husband, dogs, and cat. She enjoys teaching Fletcher Pilates, running, traveling, and enjoying food and wine. Nannette looks forward to engaging patients and clients towards a life of health and wellness.
Suzanne Ulmer graduated from Northeast Louisiana University Allied Health Department with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy and has practiced primarily in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation during her career. She has specialized training and advanced study in upper extremity rehabilitation and obtained her Certification in Hand Therapy in 2003 which requires meeting rigorous standards and ongoing continuing education. She enjoys golfing, photography and LSU sports during her leisure time.

Leah was born and raised in New Orleans, La, where she attended St. Mary’s Dominican High School. She then attended LSU with a BSc in Kinesiology with emphasis on Fitness studies and graduated in 2011. Leah is a certified Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES). Leah enjoys watching soccer and is now expecting her first child. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband.
