    • Doctor’s referral (if required)

    • Any medical reports related to your condition
  • 5. How long does a therapy session last?

Sessions typically last 45-60 minutes, but this may vary based on your treatment plan.

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in a fee.

Insurance & Payment

  • 7. Do you accept insurance?

We accept most major insurance plans. Contact us to verify your coverage.

  • 8. What if I don’t have insurance?

We offer self-pay options and flexible payment plans for physical and occupational therapy treatments. Contact our office for details.

During Treatment

  • 9. What should I expect during my first visit?

Your therapist will evaluate your condition, discuss your goals, and create a personalized treatment plan to manage your pain and improve your functional level.

  • 10. Will therapy be painful?

Some discomfort is possible, especially if you're recovering from surgery or injury, but therapy should not cause severe pain. Let your therapist know if you experience pain.
